1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 666gk ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all access and use of the 666gk website at 666gk.vu, including all games, betting services, account features, and related content.

By registering an account, logging in, placing a bet, playing a game, or otherwise using any part of 666gk, you confirm that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must stop using the platform immediately and not register an account.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 666gk.

2Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 666gk, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 666gk does not permit access to players under 21.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing and using the platform.
• You must not be excluded or self-excluded from online gaming through any voluntary or mandatory restriction currently in effect on your account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not be using the platform on behalf of a third party.

666gk reserves the right to verify your age and identity at any point. If verification cannot be completed to a satisfactory standard, your account may be suspended until the process is resolved. Any winnings accumulated on an account found to be ineligible may be forfeited.

3Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on 666gk. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same identity documents, the same device, or the same payment method — are not permitted. If duplicate accounts are detected, 666gk may close the secondary accounts and review the primary account.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account details current. 666gk cannot be held responsible for issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.

As part of the account verification process (KYC — Know Your Customer), you will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Full account functionality, including withdrawals, will only be available after KYC verification is successfully completed.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or OTP codes with anyone. Any activity conducted through your account using valid login credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity or not.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on 666gk are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, InstaPay, PESONet, and Philippine bank transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. 666gk does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from an account not belonging to the registered player may be reversed, and the associated funds held pending review.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification and may be subject to standard processing times depending on the chosen payment method. 666gk does not impose arbitrary delays on withdrawals, but processing times are ultimately influenced by the payment providers involved.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account settings at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to you.
• 666gk does not accept or process payments via credit cards or cryptocurrency for deposits or withdrawals.

If a deposit is made in error or a transaction is disputed, contact 666gk support at the email address listed in the Contact section of these Terms. Chargebacks initiated through a payment provider without first contacting 666gk support are considered a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

5Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game sessions on 666gk are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product — sports betting, casino games, eBingo, and live dealer tables each operate under their own set of rules displayed within the relevant section of the platform.

General rules that apply across all betting and gaming activity on 666gk include:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• In the event of a technical fault or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 666gk reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the wager to the player's account balance.
• Winnings are credited to your 666gk account balance in PHP upon settlement.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated winnings.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent betting activity will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

For sports betting specifically, events covering PBA, NBA, international football, boxing, volleyball, and esports are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body or competition organiser. In cases of ambiguity, 666gk's settlement decision is final.

6Bonuses & Promotions

666gk may offer bonuses, promotional credits, cashback, or other incentives to players from time to time. All such offers are subject to their own specific terms, which will be communicated clearly at the time the offer is presented.

General principles that apply to all promotional activity on 666gk:

• Bonus offers are intended for personal entertainment use only. Creating multiple accounts or using third-party accounts to claim the same promotion more than once is prohibited.
• Promotional credits or bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable balances. The specific requirements will be stated in the individual offer terms.
• 666gk reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Winnings generated from free bets or bonus credits may be capped. Any applicable cap will be stated in the offer terms.

If a bonus is credited to your account in error, you are obligated to notify 666gk support. Using erroneously credited bonus funds prior to notifying support may be treated as a breach of these Terms.

7Responsible Gaming

666gk is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports player wellbeing. Online gaming is a form of entertainment, and the platform provides tools to help players manage their activity responsibly.

Players can access the following self-management tools through their account settings:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.

• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently restrict your own access to the platform.

8Account Suspension & Closure

666gk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to withhold or void associated funds, if any of the following are identified:

• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operation of multiple accounts in breach of the single-account policy.
• Fraudulent deposit activity, including chargebacks or disputed transactions not reported to support in advance.
• Attempted exploitation of system errors, software vulnerabilities, or promotional offers in bad faith.
• Any form of collusion, match-fixing, or organised fraudulent betting activity.
• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

In cases where a suspension is issued pending investigation, 666gk will make reasonable efforts to communicate the status of the review to the account holder. However, where fraud or serious breach is suspected, the account may be closed without prior notice.

Players may also voluntarily request account closure at any time by contacting 666gk support. Any withdrawable balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed subject to completed KYC verification and standard withdrawal procedures.

9Privacy & Data

666gk collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, and platform operation. How your data is collected, used, stored, and protected is described in full in the Privacy Policy.

By creating an account on 666gk, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent or request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal and operational retention requirements, by contacting 666gk support.

10Limitation of Liability

666gk provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of all content displayed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 666gk shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or delays outside our reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Interruption to gaming or betting sessions caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11Changes to These Terms

666gk may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the platform after any changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using 666gk and contact support to close your account.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically, particularly before making deposits or placing bets, to ensure you remain comfortable with the current conditions of use.
